This wasn't originally going to be a project, but it sure turned into one. For Christmas this year, someone (they may or may not read this blog) is going to get a photo book of pictures from our year. I had this brilliant idea for the cover: three pictures, one of each kid, each holding a sign which altogether would read "WE LOVE YOU." Taking three quick snaps hardly seemed to rate a project. Boy, was I wrong.
Blair decided there was NO way she was going to hold a sign and hold still long enough to even bring the camera to viewing height. Eventually, she started howling. So, my next idea was to try and hold her on my lap and take the picture that way. Here are the results.

Take 2: Minor improvement

I don't even recognize the child in that first picture. Who is it? :))
I ask myself all the time, "this was supposed to be so simple... why isn't it?" =/ However, the thought counts and I'm sure the recipient will love it and will have a good laugh in 20 years at Blair. :)
